Mira 13 has not had the ability to display install plugins
We have just found and located this issue developing Mira X.
The implementation of LiveScript in Mira 13 broke the app's ability to display plugins due to an issue with file locations. This problem has been fixed in Mira X and a LiveScript update to Mira 13 will be released today with the fix included.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

A bold new future for Mira.
Release Date: 09.01.2018
We are pleased to announce Mira X.
We have been developing Classic Mira for 5 years and have learned a lot.
We also have developed many new technologies along the way.
Mira X is a brand-new Mira, not just an update.
A Recognizable User Interface
We've brought the original Mira UI to Mira X, making the transition even easier.
New & Improved Technologies
We've taken technologies like ToolKit, MiraKit and LiveScript to a whole new level.
With LiveScript 2, you can now run your LiveScripts even more seamlessly. The end user will have no idea that their script is live, making use of the application much more simple. LiveScript 2 will be available to developers once Mira X is released.
MiraKit 3 is an amazing new update to MiraKit. MiraKit is the core foundation of Mira which runs all of the back end functions which provide Mira with its fast indexing With MiraKit 3, functions like Switches have all been bundled together. MiraKit 3 will not be open source.
ToolKit has been at the core of Mira since Classic Version 5.0. ToolKit handles features like Plugin Scripts, the startup script and more. With ToolKit 5, we've included full MiraMusic integration and more functionality with plugin scripts.
